What we look for

  • TRL 2 or above at time of first conversation — validated concept, not just an idea
  • Defensible IP: patent filings, proprietary datasets, or know-how that cannot be easily replicated
  • Clear path to TRL 7 within 3 years with a credible technical roadmap
  • Team with both technical depth and at least one co-founder focused on commercialisation
